1. Generation of Purchase Order & Intimation to Vendors
2. Produce reports Through SAP & WINS
3. Maintaining & Developing Price Comparison in Data base
4. Closure of Open Pos Periodically
5. Providing System Support ( Generating new vendors , Codes , Payment terms etc.)
6. To maintain Database of Vendors
7. Coordination & Follow up of Raw materials.
8. Scheduling of Materials & Co-ordination with vendors for material deliveries as per schedule.
9. Coordination with Plant and the suppliers for timely delivery & smooth Production.
10. Negotiation with the vendors for Prices and Payment terms.
11. Follow up with QA for approval of samples for new vendors.
12. Follow up of Imported samples as well as materials.
Qualification: Graduates
One who has worked in SAP.
Salary: 10,000 net
Location: Kolchet, Thane (Pick and drop facilities available)
