Job Description
To provide key support to the Recruitment Specialist in specific areas namely Selection & Hire, Offer letter generation, MIS generation, Records storage and retrieval (logical / physical ) and other recruitment back office activities, using pre-defined sytems and established procedures.
Schedule telephonic / personal Interviews
Send updated Daily Interview Tracker to respective interviewers
Send 'Regret' email to all Reject category applicants
Enter Test/Interview candidate information and results - Daily Recruitment Activity Tracker
Enter 'Select/Reject' candidates information in PeopleSoft
Generate Monthly Sourcewise recruitment MIS
Offer Generation & Follow-Up
Candidate Profile:
Graduate with 6-18 mnths experience in HR/Recruitment Back office.
Hands-on experience in MS-Office, especially Excel.
Good Communication Skills.
