Designation :  Manager Administration

Location :  Gandhinagar

Key Skill :  Manager Administration

Education :  B.A./B.COM.

Exp :  8 - 15 (Yrs.)

Requirement:

General Administration of Office

Co-ordination and liaison with all local authorities as well as consultants for necessary permissions, approvals, SEZ benefits, registrations, local bylaws.

Labour License / statutory formalities , it’s validity and timely renewal reminders – to D&B contractor, person experienced in Gujarat will be preferred

To check various insurances required by project and it’s applicability. To check policies and procedures, Provide project support and ensure processes are followed

To be responsible for organising events for labour welfare.

To monitor labour colony and advise L&T admin for necessary requirements.

Work as a support service to office in various day-to-day functions

Having good knowledge of computers, Possess good interpersonal skills, e.g. tact, sensitivity, ability to listen, to be assertive at times.

Experience: Knowledge of administration and industrial relations, 7 to 8 years of relevant experience.

working experience with infrastructure / real estate company  in Gujarat is must
Should well conversant with Gujarathi
