Job Description
The person should independently:
Manage overall operations and Facility Management (FM) across functional areas of: Housekeeping, Security, Cafeteria, Transport, Water, Communication, Training & Conference activities, Gardening, Laundry, Infrastructure Management, Pest Control, Logistics and Assets management, Liaisoning, Fire fighting devices & Services, Front Office management, mail/courier service, stationery, etc., Provision of goods and services with speed, probity and efficiency.Facilitate setting up of new site offices and camps, effective lease negotiations and agreements, internal infrastructure modifications, electrification, air conditioning, furniture, etc. and asset Management.Interact with Senior Managers to find out the service levels vis-à-vis their expectations and improve the services on regular basis.Take up other work assigned from time to time by the management.To know more about BioGenex, please visit: http://www.biogenex.com/
