Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

v  Using current standards and practices in the Process Framework, set up projects in SAP, Remedy and other in-house tools, such as CP

v  SAP support to the project which includes creating and closing down time codes as required, ensuring adherence to the time reporting standards, supporting customer invoicing, running timesheet reports and queries

v  Support Project Reviews, ensuring they are scheduled and work with the Project Manager  to collate project data from SAP, TM1, Remedy, CP and other sources to prepare the Project Review Report

v  Oversee the document management system for projects, ensuring documents are under version control and comply with the quality assurance standards specified in the project quality plan

v  Undertake day-to-day project activities including management of project expenses, project travel, project scheduling support, project tracking and other activities as required

v  May take responsibility for a section of the Services Dashboard, collating data from projects across all regions to provide a global view of customer delivery


v  Proficient Microsoft Office including strong Word and Excel skills, experience with Microsoft Project desirable

v  Ability to organise and coordinate multiple activities ensuring all are completed accurately and with attention to detail

v  Good written and verbal communications skills for conveying and clarifying information

v  Proven experience handling confidential and/or sensitive information

v  Good problem solving skills to identify errors or problems with the initiative to anticipate and advise of potential problems

v  Flexible approach to work with the ability to work on varied activities and with different teams and cultures

v  Understanding of the Process Framework desirable (training will be provided)


v  Minimum 3 years working with Excel and Word

v  Minimum 2 years working with projects in a global professional services organisation

v  Minimum 2 years experience in managing travel arrangements

v  Experience in storing documents in a document management system such as Domino or SharePoint

v  Experience with customer invoicing highly desirable

v  Experience with administering projects in SAP highly desirable
