Job Description
· Manage the Client processes effectively
· Team management
· Ensuring the R&R and other Reward program of the team is happening without any delay
· Aggressive monitoring of the process by ensuring that there is no SLA miss
· Regular formal meeting with the team members to understand the team’s concern
· Should have the ability to understand the team member’s strength & weakness and base his work accordingly
· Should be able to drive the team members in bringing process improvements and process efficiencies.
