For application forms by Post write to dean, Faculty of Education, Delhi University, Delhi - 110 007, mentioning the name of the programme on the envelope along with Bank Draft for Rs,425/- from a Nationalized bank, payable at Delhi, in favour of "Registrar, University of Delhi" and a self-addressed envelope (29.5cm X 21 cms).

Retain copy of the draft for entry in the Application form.
