Minimum Qualifications for Classes I-V:
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final 2 - year Diploma in Elementary Education (or its equivalent)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final 2 - year Diploma in Elementary Education (or its equivalent), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final 2 - year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*
Note:
(i) Relaxation of 5% in minimum qualifying marks at Senior Secondary / B.A. I B.Sc. level is admissible for SC/ST/ Differently abled Candidates.
(ii) For this year only a candidate with BA/B.Sc. with at least 50% marks and B.Ed qualification shall also be eligible for test for classes I to V, provided he/she undergoes, after appointment, an NCTE recognized 6-month special program in Elementary Education.
Minimum Qualifications for Classes VI-VIII:
B.A. /B.Sc and passed or appearing in final 2 - year Diploma in Elementary Education* (or its equivalent)
OR
B.A. /B.Sc. with at least50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 - year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)*
OR
B.A. /B.Sc. with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1 - year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)*, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in ?nal 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.Ed)*
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in ?nal 4-year BA/B.Sc. Ed or B.A. (Ed.)/B.Sc.(Ed.)*
OR
B.A. /B.Sc. with at least50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 - year B.Ed. (Special Education)*
*A diploma/degree course in teacher education recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) only shall be considered. However, in case of Diploma in Education (Special Education) and B.Ed. (Special Education), a course recognized by the
Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) only shall be considered.
Note: Relaxation of 5% in minimum qualifying marks at BA/B.Sc./Senior secondary level is admissible for SC/ST and Differently abled Candidates.FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION ON PRESCRIBED FORM:

- Information Bulletin containing Application Form can be had personally from the Designated Branches of Syndicate Bank 8. Institutions specified as under against cash payment (Not by post).
- Information Bulletin containing Application Form can also be had by post by sending Demand Draft of required fee from the Central Board of Secondary Education, Shiksha Sadan, 17 Rouse Avenue, New Delhi-110002.
- Candidates must follow instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan (BTER) Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET-2011)

Application are invited from eligible candidates of Rajasthan domicile including the wards of Kashmiri Migrants for the registration of Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test - 2011 for admission to first year of undergraduate programmes leading to Bachelor’s degree in different disciplines of Engineering (B.Tech. / B.E.) in various government aided and Private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed & Private Universities) for the session 2011-2012.1) The minimum academic qualification for admission to B.Tech./B.E. program in Rajasthan is a pass with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST of Rajasthan state) in the subjects combination as given below taken together, in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan.

2) Subject combination required in the qualifying examination for admission to B.Tech. / B.E course shall be as under:

B.Tech. / B.E.: Compulsory Subjects – Physics and Mathematics
Any one of the Optional Subjects – Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Biology

Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination (10+2) in 2011 may also apply.

AGE LIMIT:
Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1986 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1981 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education marksheet / certificate only will be taken as authentic.

The Application Form along with all relevant material will be available for sale from 23rd March, 2011 from the following branches of UCO Bank during banking hours (10.00 AM to 4.00 PM, on Saturday 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM) against cash payment of Rs. 800/- (inclusive of examination fees):
